Advisement Reports
Policy
Students are responsible for understanding and fulfilling degree requirements. The official document for tracking your degree requirements is the Advisement Report, available on-line in ACES.
If you believe there are inaccuracies, note them on a printout of your report and take a copy to the office of your academic dean. You should use the Advisement Report to verify your progress and to plan appropriate course work for the next semester.
Your Advisement Report is also available on-line in STORM (the faculty and staff interface to the PeopleSoft Student Information system) to your academic dean and to the director of undergraduate studies in the department of your major.
In Trinity College, Advisement Reports do not show major requirements; you will find these listed on the web site of each department or in the Undergraduate Bulletin.
